This site is a single page with one form. It sets one cookie, runs cookieless analytics, and sends what you write in the form to our CRM so we can answer you.
The one cookie
The language selector stores your choice in a cookie named finoikos_locale, for one year, so the site opens in the language you picked last time instead of guessing from your country again. It contains the two letters "en" or "es" and nothing else. Clearing it costs you one click on the language switcher.
Analytics
Page views are counted by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless: it records the country and a truncated IP address to distinguish visitors, keeps no identifier, sets no cookie, and does not follow you to other sites. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
What you send us
The demo form sends your name, work email, company, area of interest, number of environments and the message you write, plus the language of the page and your browser’s user-agent string. Bot checks are verified on the server. A hidden field catches automated submissions; if it is filled in, the submission is discarded and you are shown the success message so that a bot learns nothing from the response.
What we do with it
The endpoint validates the submission, rate-limits it, writes it to the server log and records it in our CRM (Twenty, which we host ourselves on Railway): a contact with your name and email, your company, a demo request, and a note with your message and the details above. There is no marketing list. We use it to reply to you about the request you made and for nothing else.
Your rights
To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, write to the address below. Your request is kept in two places, the server log and the CRM, and deleting it means removing it from both; we will confirm when that is done.
This site does not
It loads no third-party script other than Cloudflare’s analytics and, when bot protection is configured, the Cloudflare Turnstile widget. It sets no advertising or cross-site identifier, and it does not embed anything that follows you elsewhere.
